We went to meet Nathalie Corman, founder of My Place Immo. We discovered the agency’s first office open to the public, located in Verviers, where their brand new workspace was recently opened!
How was My Place Immo born?
Founded in 2017, the My Place Immo adventure actually began in 2015. Nathalie Corman, founder of My Place Immo and a lawyer by training, decided to change her career path and embark on a real estate adventure. “It was a risky bet because we were stuck between several large agencies in the Liège region,” says Nathalie Corman. Thanks to word of mouth and the efficiency of the team, which is no longer in question, My Place Immo is now an agency that has managed to make its mark! Active throughout the province of Liege, the agency has a total of 3 offices. The head office is located in Sart-lez Spa, the other two offices in Jalhay and Verviers. This office was opened at the beginning of March and is the first to be open to the public. In this brand new space with its modern, feminine and warm decoration, Nathalie Corman has been accompanied for the past 3 years by her colleague, Angela Russo, in charge of management and coordination, as well as by Laurence, a future real estate agent. A 100% female team with complementary skills! This brand new space now allows the agency to expand its team and to have a different approach with its clients. Many passers-by stop by for a coffee; the agency wants to offer more than a real estate office, it wants to be a real friendly place for sharing.
The call to Etilux
The office in Verviers is located in an area with a lot of traffic, mainly by car. Nathalie Corman wanted to highlight the goods in the window in a more dynamic and modern way in order to catch the eyes and attention of passers-by, whether on foot or by car. The founder went to Etilux following the advice of the communication company she works with, to find the best possible dynamic display solution.

The agency broadcasts daily ads of properties for sale and rent as well as the latest properties that have been sold, thanks to the Zebrix digital signage system. This software is a solution that Etilux very often offers in conjunction with the screens, as it enables the design and planning or even the modification of all the displays to be published on the screens at any time, from a simple PC, which makes its use very practical! To be able to use and understand the software, Etilux offers an adapted training to help the company to use it well.
Window displays that attract
The two screens are placed in the windows on either side of the agency and fill almost the entire window. The images, texts and videos scroll and move, catching the eye of passers-by. “More and more people are stopping and looking at our window and it gives our agency a professional look,” explains Nathalie Corman. The screens had to catch the eye but also dress up the windows without hiding the light. “These screens blend in perfectly with our building and give us a lot of light and visibility despite the size of the screens,” adds Nathalie Corman. The addition of the screens in the window of My Place Immo has attracted passers-by and encouraged them to enter and discover this superb new real estate agency with a promising future.
