How to use Clickshare? 19 August 2021

In this article, you will find all the steps to install Clickshare and share content from your computer to a screen.
Installation and User Guide
01.
First, insert the Clickshare into a USB port on your laptop.
The Clickshare button starts to flash white.

If you are using Windows: A window will open with two shortcuts. Click on "Open folder and view files". A second window opens with three new shortcuts. Click on "Clickshare_for_Windows".
If you have a Mac: A new shortcut will appear on your desktop. Double click on this shortcut “Clickshare”. A window will open with three new shortcuts. Click on “Clickshare_for_MacOSX”.

Then the installation starts and the Clickshare button flashes until the installation is complete.
The button then turns static white. This means that Clickshare is installed on your computer.

To share your screen, click on the Clickshare button.
The Clickshare button changes to a static red colour and your computer screen appears on the sharing screen.
05.
Finally, to stop sharing your screen, click on the button.
The Clickshare turns static white and your sharing stops.
06.
When you leave the meeting room, unplug the button on your laptop.
No trace of the ClickShare application is left on your laptop.
